Tuesday April 1, 2014

Today dad crawled out of bed at 7:00 and started to get dressed. While dad was getting dressed mom crawled out of  and got dressed. While mom was getting dressed dad made the bed and let me out of my kennel. After saying good morning to dad he fed me my breakfast. When I finished my breakfast dad took me for my morning walk. Mom finished getting dressed and was surprised that dad and I were gone when she walked in the living room. Mom wasn't alone for long because dad and I returned. After she said hi to dad and me she made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had toast, mom had apple and cinnamon oatmeal and they both had chocolate almond milk. Today is the beginning of the month so mom gave me my heart worm pill and she also gave me a Glucosamine pill. When she gave me my pills she gave them with a little food. After everyone was fed mom did the dishes. While she was doing dishes she looked out the window and the landscaping crew was setting up to put in our grass. Mom told dad the crew was there and they both were surprise because it was only 7:30. Dad went outside to say hi to the owner of the company, Jim. The crew wasn't there that long before King Ranch Turfgrass showed up and started to unload the thirteen pallets of TifSport Bermuda grass for our new yard. The machine that was used for unloading the pallets was weird but neat to watch. It could go where ever you want it to go. Jim had a big crew, two guys worked on the frontyard and five guys worked on the backyard. Mom and dad watched for a long time and stayed outside with them and watched. After about an hour mom went inside to do a little cleaning and dad went into his workroom to clean his mill. The crew was finished putting in our new yard by 11:30. It was amazing how fast the yard went in. After they put the grass down they worked on adjusting the irrigation system. After the crew left mom made lunch. She made soup for dad and herself and she gave me a little snack. When we finished our lunch mom did the dishes and then she went outside to take pictures. While she was walking around taking pictures she slipped in the mud and feel in the mud. She only got one of her knees muddy but the camera got muddy so she had to clean it. While she was cleaning the camera I came out and walked across the street to go to the bathroom. I wouldn't come back so mom asked dad to get my leash. When he brought her the leash he asked why one of her pants knee was muddy. She told him what happened and that's why she asked him to get the leash. They both laughed because it was funny to see only one of hers knees muddy. She came to me and took me back home. Once I was back home I laid by the Minnie and mom started to load some stuff back in the Minnie. While she did this dad worked on his workroom lights. When mom was inside the Minnie she had forgot to put me on my chain and I saw a lady and her son walking their dog so I went over to introduce myself. The dog was a husky named Moses. Mom looked out the door and I wasn't there so she came out to look for me. When she walked around the Minnie the boy was bringing me back to my house. Mom apologized and the boy said it was ok. He also said I was a beautiful dog and mom thanked him. She also explained once we had the invisible fence in I wouldn't get lose anymore. After thanking him for bringing me back she put me in the Minnie with her. When she finished putting most of the stuff back in the Minnie we went inside and kept dad company. About 3:00 we went to The Home Depot because dad didn't a very things so he could finish up his workroom and finish up the invisible fence. We were gone about an hour and half. When we got back dad rewired his new 4 foot light and rewired the 6 foot light. After he finished we had dinner. Mom and dad had a salad and I had my food. After dinner mom took me for a walk. We walked down to the lake and I went swimming. Mom told me I could get my feet wet and I wanted to go swimming. Mom gave in to me because I looked like I was hot. While I swam I swam after a couple of ducks. They weren't afraid of me at all. They didn't even fly they just swam a little faster so I gave up. Mom told me we had to get back to the house so she made me get out of the lake. I really didn't want to leave but she made me. As we were walking around the parking lot a man was there in his truck and he talked to mom about me. We had a great time at the lake. By the time we got home I was exhausted so I just sat in the driveway. Mom went inside and got a towel to dry me off. When she came back with the towel I was very excited because I like being dried off. After I was dried off we joined dad in his workroom and mom helped him reinstall his light. The new fixture worked perfect now dad has a lot of light in his workroom. After hanging the lights we went in the living room to relax. While we relaxed mom and dad streamed a James Bond movie, Skyfall and a couple of BYUTV StoryTrek. I slept because I was tired after my swim. After the movie mom and dad had ice cream for dessert. I guess that's all I have to say so I'll say good night.

Today dad woke up at 7:00 and got dressed. Then he let me out of my kennel and fed me my breakfast. While I ate my breakfast dad surfed the Internet. When I finished my breakfast dad took me for my morning walk. Today we walked through the new house going up next to us. When we got back it was 7:30 and mom was getting out of bed. She said she couldn't sleep any longer. Mom got dressed and then she made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had toast and mom had cinnamon and spice oatmeal and they both had a glass of chocolate almond milk. After everyone was fed mom did the dishes and then we went grocery shopping. While mom and dad went grocery shopping I stayed in the truck and slept. We were gone a couple of hours. We got back to the house in time for lunch. Mom put the groceries away before she made lunch. Mom and dad had soup for lunch and mom gave me a snack. After lunch we all went outside to install my invisible fence. First of all dad had to dig a trench to put a pipe in it for the wire for my fence. After digging the trench we went to The Home Depot to buy a couple of Landscaping Timbers and a couple of boards to make stakes out of. After buying what we needed at The Home Depot we went back home. The timbers were the same timbers we used for our landscaping. While mom and dad worked on the fence I enjoyed laying in my new yard. After putting the timbers down dad made a few stakes and screwed the stakes in the timbers to keep the timbers in place. Afterwards they put a pvc pipe behind the timbers along the grass line.and up the wall. The wire mom and dad put along the property line they joined it with another wire and then they fed the wires through the pipe. The wire went through the pipe all the way into the garage. Once the wire was in the garage dad connected the wire to the transformer and back up battery. Mom and dad worked hard on installing the invisible fence all afternoon and an hour or so after dinner. They took a dinner break at 4:15. I was ready to go inside by that time because it was pretty humid outside. Mom barbecued some  seasoned chicken for dad and her dinner. Mom's going to make a Chicken and Black Beans dish for square dancing tomorrow night. She was barbecuing chicken for it so she decided that the chicken that she didn't need could be for dad and her dinner. While mom was barbecuing the chicken dad and I went outside to keep her company. When mom and dad went shopping earlier they bought a couple of chairs for the patio so dad decided he would break one of them in. Mom sat in the other one in between flipping the chicken while it cooked. When the chicken was finished we went inside and had dinner. Mom fed me my food and a little bit of her chicken for my dinner. Along with the chicken mom and dad had a tortilla. After dinner mom took me for a short walk because I was still tired from swimming yesterday. As we were walking we said hi to the workers of the new house going up. When we got back home we kept dad company while he installed the transformer and battery of the Invisible Fence. When he finished the fence worked perfect. Super job, dad!!!! We all went inside and relaxed the rest of the night. Mom and dad streamed a Detective Lewis show and a Story Trek show. I slept while they watched the shows. After they watched Lewis they had ice cream for dessert. When The Story Trek show was over dad went to bed. We had a very good day and now it's time to say good night.

Today dad woke up at 7:15 and got dressed. After he got dressed he let me out of my kennel and then he fed me my breakfast. While I ate dad surfed the Internet. When I finished my breakfast dad to me for a walk through the house going up next door. When we got back mom decided to get up. Mom crawled out of bed at 7:45 and got dressed. Then she said hi to dad and me and then she made breakfast for dad. Once again dad had toast and mom had cinnamon and spice oatmeal and they both had a glass of chocolate almond milk. When everyone was fed mom and dad put flags around our yard for the invisible fence so I would know my boundaries. By the time they finished doing this it was time for lunch. Mom made soup for dad and herself and she gave me a snack. After lunch mom made Chicken Black Bean Bake and Scotties cookies to take to the Central Lone Stars Club 34th Anniversary Dance. After she finished cooking we went to the boat storage center so we could get the boat and put the Minnie into storage. Now that the boat bay in the garage is cleaned out we decided to get the boat. After trading out the boat for the Minnie we went back home. After putting the the boat in the garage we went back to town to return items we didn't need to The Home Depot, Target and HEB. While mom and dad went into the stores to return the items I stayed in the truck and slept. When we got back to the house mom made a pasta salad to take to the Killeen Kickers tomorrow night. While she was making the pasta salad dad finished up covering up the invisible fence wires and I went outside to keep dad company. After mom finished cooking it was time to have dinner so mom made leftovers. Mom and dad had leftover pasta with cheese on top and a salad. Mom gave me my food for my dinner. After dinner mom did the dishes and then she took me for a walk. While we were walking I saw a couple of my neighbors going on a walk with their master so I started to whine for them. But mom told me no because they were going on a walk with their mom. Their mom said I was beautiful but she didn't trust her dogs with me. I finished taking care of business and then mom and I went home. When we got home it was too early for mom and dad to get ready to go square dancing. So we relaxed for about an hour. Tonight is a special night for The Central Lone Stars Club because it was celebrating its 34th anniversary. So the club brought in a special caller named Charles Crockett. Charles Crockett and his wife, Tanya is from the Fort Worth Squares. About 6:00 mom and dad got dressed to go square dancing. As they were leaving mom put me in my kennel with a snack and then said good-bye to me. They got back home about 11:00. They got back to me a little later then normal because they attended the club meeting after the dance. The dance was fun and everyone laughed the whole time. There was a lot of delicious food. Charles Crockett called and cued the whole time. He didn't even take a break so there were people on the floor dancing all the time. Tanya Crockett was a lot of fun and kept everyone going. She cheered the squares on and danced while her husband called. Charles and Tanya Crockett are super with each other. When mom and dad finally got home to me they were exhausted but they took time to pay attention to me. Mom let me out of my kennel and we all said hi to each other. Afterwards mom took me for a short walk. When we got back we called it a night. We had a great day and now it's time to say good night.

Friday April 4, 2014

Today dad woke up at 7:10 and crawled out of bed. Then he got dressed. Afterwards he let me out of my kennel. I was very excited to get out of my kennel. After saying hi to dad he fed me my breakfast. While I was eating my breakfast dad surfed the Internet. When I finished my breakfast dad walked me around our new backyard. He put both my collars on. I walked around the yard and didn't realized that I had my safe collar on. After I took care of business we went back in the house and waited for mom to get up. Mom tried to get up at 7:45 but fell back to sleep. Mom finally got out of bed at 8:10 and got dressed. After she was dressed she made the bed and then she came out of the bedroom and said good morning to dad and me. When we finished saying good morning mom made breakfast for dad and herself. Today both of them had toast and a glass of chocolate almond milk. After everyone was finished eating breakfast mom did dishes and then we decided to work on another project. This project was to fix the seal on the two doors in the garage. The two doors in the garage both don't seal correctly so the fumes from the vehicles come into the house. Dad solved this problem by readjusting the seal on the bottom of the door and put a piece of wood in between the seal and the door so that it sealed tighter. After we fixed the doors we started on another project which was modifying a eight foot shelving unit we brought from Austin to a six foot shelving unit. Our new garage is a little different then the one we had in Austin so the eight foot shelving unit we had in the garage in Austin won't fit in our new one. After putting the car, truck and boat in the garage we only have enough room for a 64 inch shelf. So dad decided that he would cut the rails on the shelving unit and slide the two pieces together so the rails would fit the space available. Once he cut the rails and slid the two pieces together he bolted them together to make one rail. We did one of the rails first to make sure that it would work. We checked it out and it came out perfect. Afterwards we stopped and had lunch. For lunch mom and dad had Campbell's Chicken and Dumpling with Herbs soup and mom gave me a snack. After lunch we went back to working on the other five rails. While mom and dad worked on the rails I decided I would do what I normally do. I usually go next store and eat some grass but today I had my safe collar on so I got zapped. I yelped and went back to mom and dad. Mom felt guilty so she comforted me awhile. She kept asking me if I was ok. Dad said I was fine. After awhile dad told mom if she wanted to work on cleaning the house she was free to do so and if he needed her help he would call her. So mom vacuumed and washed the floors and I kept her company. When mom finished cleaning some of the house she joined dad in his workroom to help him on the rails. We worked on this project until 3:30 and then we decided to stop and relax. Dad went out to check for our mail and I usually walk down to the mailbox with him but today I didn't because I had my safe collar on. If I went with him I would have gotten zapped. We rested until dinner. a half hour before dinner mom took me for a walk around the neighborhood. But before she took me for a walk she took off my safe collar. We walked for about a half hour. When we got back to the house mom made dinner. For dinner mom made dad and herself a ham and pepperoni sandwich with some potato chips. Mom fed me my food for my dinner. After dinner mom tried to get me to go for a walk but I was tired so I slept instead, While I was sleeping dad modified the last rail and cleaned up his mess. Mom relaxed and started to get ready for square dancing. After dad finished cleaning up he got ready for the dance. Tonight Killeen Kickers dance theme is Western. Mom braided her hair in two and wore a black western blouse, black jeans, blue western boots and a cowboy hat. Dad wore black jeans, gray shirt, tennis shoes and a cowboy hat. Before they left mom put me in my kennel with a snack and said good-bye. Mom took a pasta salad to the dance. They had a lot of fun. There were four squares and everyone was dressed in western wear and the hall was decorated for the western theme, They had bobwire, little hats on the table and there was a wanted poster station where you can take pictures of people with their heads in the hole. There was a lot of food and by the end of the night there was hardly any food left. During the dance people squared danced to Mainstream calls, one set of Plus calls, rounded danced and line dance. Everyone had a ball. Mom and dad were home by 10:00. I was sound asleep in my kennel. Usually I'm awake and ready to get out of my kennel but not tonight. Mom had to wake me up. After saying hi to mom and dad mom took me outside in the back so I could go tee tee. When I finished we went inside and had dessert, which was drumsticks. Mom gave me a little bit of hers. Then we called it a night. We had a great day and now it's time to say good night. I almost forgot mom finally got around to putting our Moving In pictures on the Website. Good Night.

Saturday April 5, 2014

Today dad woke up at 7:00 and got dressed. Afterwards he let me out of my kennel and fed me my breakfast. While I was eating my breakfast dad surfed the Internet. When I finished my breakfast dad and I went outside and walked around our property so I could get use to my boundaries. It's going to take me awhile to get use to my new yard. Yesterday I got shocked so today I hesitated about going anywhere. When I finished taking care of business dad and I went back inside. Mom got up at 7:30 and got dressed. When she finished getting dressed she said hi to dad and me and then she made breakfast for dad and herself. Today she shared a Belgium waffle with dad and they both had a glass of chocolate almond milk. Mom gave me a little bit of her waffle. After everyone ate we all went outside to pick up trash and other construction stuff off our neighbors lots and around our property. Mom and dad had to coach me once and awhile about where I could go. Mom had to coach me in the front yard because I wouldn't get out of the rocks. Mom had to convince me that I could go in the grass because I was wearing my safe collar and I was afraid I would get shock. Mom called me a few times and then I finally went to her. When I got to her she told me I was a good girl and that I could go up to the flags. Then when we went in the back I refused to get off the grass area and mom and dad had to coach me that I had a lot more area I could go to. They both called me and told me it was safe. I finally gave in and walked with them around the property. Mom and dad said they would continue to train me on where I could go on our property where I wouldn't get shocked. After picking up the trash it was time for lunch so we all went inside and mom made lunch. Mom and dad had soup for lunch and mom gave me a snack. After lunch we worked on modifying our storage shelves in the garage. The shelving unit didn't have wheels on it when we were in Austin but dad wants to put wheels on it here. So he made brackets for the frame. While dad was building the brackets for the wheels mom called her mom to wish her a happy birthday. Mom didn't talk to her too long because Grandma had to get ready for her birthday celebration. It takes Grandma awhile to get ready. Mom had a short conversation but it was pleasant. After mom got off the phone she helped dad with the brackets until he couldn't go any farther because he didn't have the wheels and hardware to continue. So we loaded up in the car and went to Harbor Freight to get wheels for it. Before I got in the car mom took off my safe collar because she didn't want me to get shock. While mom and dad went to buy the wheels in Harbor Freight I stayed in the car and slept. After leaving Harbor Freight we stopped at The Home Depot to buy some bolts, nuts and washes to keep the wheels on. When mom and dad returned to me we went home. When we got home we worked on the shelving unit until 4:00 and then we stopped because we were going back to town to buy some more bolts. While dad was working on the brackets he decided he was going to use bigger bolts to hold the wheels on. While we were in town we stopped by Good Will to donate a couple of items and then we stopped by the USP store for our mail and a package that was waiting for us. After doing this we went to McCoy's to buy the bolts and a few more items we needed. By the time we got home it was dinnertime so mom made a frozen pizza for dad and her dinner. While the pizza was baking mom and dad had the leftover pasta salad from the dance last night and mom fed me my food for my dinner. When the pizza was done mom and dad sat down and ate dinner. Mom gave me a little bit of her crust she made sure I didn't get any of the meat because it was beef. After everyone ate mom took me out back so I could take care of business. This time I didn't hesitate I climbed down the stairs and went straight to the backyard and took care of business. I even did a little exploring. Mom and dad told me I was a good girl and did a great job. I guess I'm getting use to my boundaries. After I took care of business we went back inside and mom baked some cookies. She baked Turtle cookies for dad and her dessert. I was tired so I slept. Mom offered me a little bit of her cookie but I was too tired to even take it. We relaxed for the rest of the night. Mom and dad watched a James Bond DVD called Die Another Day. During the DVD mom made some Jiffy Popcorn for dad and her to munch on during the movie. After the movie mom and dad streamed a couple of episodes of The Story Trek. Then we called it a night. We had a great day and now we're all tired. So I'll say good night.

Sunday April 6, 2014

Today dad woke up at 7:00 and got dressed. Afterwards he let me out of my kennel and we said good morning to each other. When we finished saying hi dad fed me my breakfast. While I was eating dad surfed the Internet. After I finished my breakfast dad took me for my morning walk around our property. When dad first let me out he thought that I would walk down the stairs and take care of business but I just sat on the porch. Dad came out with me and we both walked around so I could take care of business. When we finished our morning walk we went back inside because it was starting to rain. While waiting for mom to get up I slept and dad surfed the Internet. Mom got up at 7:30 and got dressed. When she finished getting dressed she said hi to dad and me and then she made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had toast and mom had maple and brown sugar oatmeal and they both had a glass of chocolate almond milk. After everyone was fed we worked on the storage shelves in the garage. Today mom and dad assembled the 6 foot shelving unit and put the wheels on it. It fit perfectly on the area that dad wanted to put it. After working on this unit they assembled the 3 foot shelving unit. Dad ordered a 3 foot shelving unit on Amazon and it came in a few days ago. So mom and dad decided that they could finished up the 6 foot unit until tomorrow because of the rain so they decided to assemble the 3 foot unit. The unit was easy to assemble because all the parts fit perfectly. After assembling the unit they put on the wheels and stood it up and it looked great great. While mom and dad worked on the shelving units I slept in a chair that mom set up for me. When they finished putting the units together it was time for lunch. Mom and dad had soup for their lunch and mom gave me a snack for my lunch. After lunch we relaxed for a couple of hours. While we were relaxing mom baked some raisin and oatmeal cookies to take with mom and dad to the Plus class in Waco today. After relaxing for awhile mom and dad got ready to go to their classes. They left me at 1:30 and got back to me at 6:00. Before leaving mom put me in my kennel with a snack and then said good-bye to me. I went into my kennel without any problems. They weren't sure how many people would be at the class because it's been raining off all day. There were three squares during the class and Dale Smith taught the class. Today they all learned one new call but they reviewed the other calls they had learned so far. They had a fantastic time. When mom and dad finally got back to me mom came in the house first and I was waiting for her to let me out of my kennel. When mom let me out I started to walk to her and was very excited to get out. When dad came in I ran to him to say hi. After everyone said their hellos mom made dinner. Mom fed me my food and dad and mom had leftover Chicken Black Bean Bake. After dinner mom let me out in the back. When she was getting ready to join me I went down the stairs to take care of business so dad told her to stay inside and let me do my thing. He said I needed to get use to walking around the property by myself. I was outside for a little while and mom and dad was getting ready to check up on me when I showed up at the front door. I walked around the house and mom and dad told me they were proud of me. After mom and dad praised me and went to my bed to sleep. Mom and dad watched television for the rest of the night. For dessert mom and dad finished the raisin and oatmeal cookies and a drumstick. We had a fantastic day and now we're tired so I'll say good night.

Monday April 7, 2014

Today dad crawled out of bed at 6:00 because he couldn't sleep. Dad got dressed and then he let me out of my kennel. We said hi to each other and then he fed me my food. While I ate my breakfast dad surfed the Internet. When dad surfs the Internet he reads other people blogs and different forms he follows. After I finished eating dad let me out in the back. It was still dark and he stayed inside so I just sat on the back porch. I sat there for awhile and then decided to go back inside. Mom finally crawled out of bed at 7:45 and got dressed. Afterwards she made the bed and then she said good morning to dad and me. When we finished saying hi mom made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had toast and mom had cinnamon and spice oatmeal and they both had chocolate almond milk. While mom was fixing breakfast she told dad to look out the back window because there were deer walking around. Dad told her the five deer that were back there most be the five he and I see in the morning. It was fun watching them because it read yesterday and as they were walking around they got mud on their huffs. So they tried to shake the mud off but the mud was too thick to get it off. When everyone was finished eating mom took me out back so I could take care of business. While I was doing this I got mud on my feet so when I wanted to go inside mom had to clean my feet. Mom tried to get the mud off but it was too thick to get it all off so dad had to spray my feet with the hose. While dad was spraying my feet mom did the dishes. When she finished doing dishes she came outside to join dad and me. The project we worked on today was the shelves in the garage. We worked on the shelving units all day. Dad had to rebuild two shelving units and mom helped him. The third shelving unit they just had to assemble it. When lunchtime came around mom made soup for dad and herself and she gave me a snack. After lunch we went back outside and continued working on the shelving units. While we were working on one of the units two guys showed up to take some measurements on the rail we need on our porch. Our porch is five feet up from the ground and mom and dad are afraid someone would fall off the porch so they decided to put some type of railing. When the guys got out of their truck I went up to them to say hi. They both liked dogs so they paid attention to me. Dad and the two guys discussed what type of railing we wanted on the porch and stairs. While the guys took measurements mom and dad worked on rebuilding the white shelving unit we brought with us from Austin. This unit was made of pressboard and had four shelves and it was falling apart so dad decided to rebuild it. Dad modified a gray unit by cutting off two feet so he had two feet of boards to work with. First of all dad cut the two foot boards in half so it gave him six shelves to put in the unit. Mom helped dad rebuild the unit. After cutting the boards he screwed them in the upright boards from the original unit. Once he assembled the shelves he put wheels on the unit. The guys taking measurements were there a couple of hours and then they said their good-byes. As they were leaving they told dad that they would let him know what it would cost for the railing. We stopped working on the project about 3:00. In order to finish our project we needed to go to The Home Depot to buy a few things. After we cleaned up we went to town to buy what we needed. While mom and dad went shopping I stayed in the truck. When they finished we went home. When we got home it was time for dinner so mom barbecued some Hatch Chili sausages for dad and her dinner. Mom fed me my food she told me that I couldn't have any of her sausage because it had beef in it.

After dinner mom baked Turtle cookies for dad and herself dessert. At 7:30 mom and dad watched a Christine Lavin Concert Online. The concert was for 90 minutes and she had seven other artists and a surprise guest join her. The concert was broadcast by Concert Window. How this works is cool because you pay as low as $1.00 and you can pay as much as you want. Mom and dad watched it for $5.00. During the concert you can give the performer a tip. The performer gets 100% of all the tips and 2/3 of the original cost. The concert took place in Seattle Washington at Tim Furst house, who was a jingler and performed during the concert. The performers who were in the concert were Christine Lavin, Mark Ettinger, Larry Murante, Matt Price with Emily Groff, Scott Katz, Raun MacKinnon Burnham, Kiki Hood and Tim Furst. All of the singers sang three songs except Christine she did two songs. The guest singer was Jim Cage, who is a local singer and he heard the music and stopped by. Christine invited him to join them. The concert was fantastic and all the singers had their own style but they were all comedian singer just like Christine Lavin. After the concert was over mom and dad streamed a couple of episodes of The Story Trek. Besides having cookies for dessert mom and dad had a drumstick. Mom gave me a little bit of her drumstick. After the Story Trek was over we called it a night. We had a great day and now we're all tired so it's time to say good night.

Tuesday April 8, 2014

Today dad woke up at 6:45 and got dressed. Then he let me out of my kennel and we both said hi to each other. Afterwards he fed me my breakfast. While I ate my breakfast dad surfed the Internet. When I finished dad let me out the back door so I could take care of business. As I walked out the door dad realized he didn't put my safe collar on so he went back to get it. By the time he returned to the door I had already taken care of business. When I got to the door he put my collar on and we both went inside. While we waited for mom to get up dad surfed the Internet and I slept. Mom finally got up at 7:45 and got dressed. Afterwards she made the bed and then she said good morning to dad and me. Then she made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had his favorite breakfast, which was toast and mom had apple and cinnamon oatmeal. They both had a glass of chocolate almond milk. After everyone was fed we went to dad's workroom and garage to continue with our project of building shelves in the garage. Today mom and dad worked on finishing up the white shelving unit and then they started on the shelves for the wall. After they finished the white shelving unit mom started to load up the shelves with items from the boxes in the garage. While mom and dad were walking on the project I slept and enjoyed being outside. We had a box of waxed logs and we don't have a fireplace so when mom saw one of our neighbors she asked her if she wanted them. The neighbor said sure and dad carried the box to her house. So we did a good neighbor thing today. Good job mom and dad. When lunchtime came around mom made soup for dad and herself and she gave me a snack. After lunch we went back outside and continued our project. At 2:30 we stopped our project because we needed to go to Lowe's and The Home Depot to pick up a few things to finish the project and to began another shelving project for dad's workroom. Before leaving mom took off my safe collar and then we went in the back so I got take care of business. Mom was showing me where I could go and I followed her. But when we got in the back I just had to go so I crossed the line and didn't get shocked. Mom called me back but I wouldn't go back inside the yard because of the flags so mom took my collar and walked me back inside the yard. Mom told me she was bad because she took me collar off and let me go pass the flags. She said she would walk me around the property with my safe collar on so I would know where my boundaries are and train me. When mom told dad he was a little upset because he's afraid I'm going to get shocked now. Mom told him that she would retrain me. Before mom put me in the truck she took off my safe collar because she was afraid that I would get shock. While mom and dad went into Lowe's and The Home Depot I stayed in the truck and slept. By the time we got back it was time for dinner so mom baked a HEB King Ranch Chicken Casserole. Mom and dad weren't too impressed by it but they will finish eating but won't buy it again. Mom fed me my food for my dinner. After dinner mom baked some Scotties cookies for dad and her dessert. Afterwards mom and dad finished hang the racks for the shelves in the garage. When they finished mom took me in the back so I could take care of business. This time she remembered to put on my collar. When I finished we all went inside so mom and dad could stream another session from Window Concert. Tonight we watched a half hour session from Blue Rock. Ruby Jane was doing a recording session with Blue Rock and mom and dad like supporting Blue Rock. They didn't know that it was only going to be a half hour so they were a little disappointed. Ruby Jane did a good performance and mom and dad enjoyed it. Afterwards mom and dad watched the last Lewis show. For their dessert they had a Krunch Bar ice cream. We had a great day and now it's time to say good night.

Dad's workroom shelves mom stained                   The garage shelf in the garage that mom stained

Wednesday April 9, 2014

Today dad woke up at 6:45 and got dressed. When he finished getting dressed he let me out of my kennel, We both said our hellos and then dad fed me my breakfast. While I ate my breakfast dad surfed the Internet. When I finished my breakfast dad let me outside to take care of business. Today dad remembered to put my safe collar on. When I finished taking care of business dad let me back inside. While dad was waiting for mom to get up he surfed the Internet. I was getting ready to lay down to go to sleep when I looked out the back window and saw the five deer that hangs out in our yard. So I barked at them and woke up mom. Mom got up and went to the bathroom and then she went back to bed for another forty-five minutes. When the deer heard me bark they stopped grazing and looked up. I don't know if they saw me though the window but they as least looked up to find out what the noise was. Dad didn't let me out so I stopped barking and went to my bed to go to sleep. Mom got up at 7:45 and got dressed. When she finished she made the bed and then said good morning to dad and me. Then she made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had toast and mom had maple and brown sugar oatmeal, They both had a glass of chocolate almond milk. After everyone was finished eating we all went outside to finish up our project of making shelves. The first thing that was done was dad prepared the shelves for mom to stain by sanding them down. Before he did this he went to get the paper and I followed him. He told me to stay behind the invisible fence but I didn't listen to him so I got shocked. When I got shocked I yelped and mom and dad comforted me and told me to be more careful. I stayed far away from the flags for the rest of the day. A few times mom walked me to the backyard so I could go to the bathroom. As we walked back there I walked real close to the house and on the rocks. Mom told me that I didn't have to be that careful. She also called me closer to her and told me that I had a lot more area to walk than I was walking. But I was afraid of being shock so I still kept my distance. Mom said she was going to continue walking with me around the property so I can get use to my boundaries. After dad sanded down the shelves mom stained them. After mom stained the shelves for the garage and dad's workroom we went inside to have lunch. Mom and dad had soup for their lunch and mom gave me a snack. After lunch we went back out side to see if the shelves were dry. When the shelves were dried mom wiped them down to get the extra stain off them. She also stained a couple of rods. One of the rods was for her workroom to hang close on and the other one was for the garage to hung life jackets on. Once everything was wiped down dad screwed the shelves on brackets. When the rods were dried dad installed them where they belong. Mom had a great job of staining the shelves and rods. Once the stain project was finished dad started to hang hooks for his ladders. I stayed outside with mom and dad the whole day. I did some sunning and I slept a little bit in a chair and on the driveway. When we finished hang the ladders it was time for dinner. Mom heated up the rest of the HEB King Ranch Chicken Casserole and she gave me my food for my dinner. After dinner mom baked another dozen of Scotties cookies. Before dinner dad took pictures of our boxes and put the pictures on Craig's List. While we were eating dinner dad received a couple of phone calls. One said we were too far away. The other one said she had to wait for her friend to come home and then they would be over to get the boxes. So while dad was waiting for the lady to show up he straightened up his workroom. At 7:45 the lady showed up and took all our boxes. We sat on our new porch relaxing for a half hour after she left and then we went inside. We streamed a movie, which was Double. It started Richard Geer. It was an action movie but it wasn't that great. During the movie mom and dad had a Krunch Bar for their dessert. Tomorrow mom and dad are going square dancing in Gatesville and they usually take something with them. So after the movie was over mom decided to make potato salad to take with them. Mom usually stays up until 1:00 so she'll be able to make the potato salad before she goes to bed. We had a very good day and now everyone is tired so I'll say good night.

Thursday April 10, 2014

Today dad woke up at his usually time 6:45 and got dressed. Afterwards he let me out of my kennel and we said hi to each other. When we finished do this dad fed me my breakfast and then he surfed the Internet. When I finished eating dad let me outside so I could take care of business but I just sat on the back porch. After awhile dad let me back inside and we both waited for mom to wake up. Mom finally got out of bed at 7:45 and got dressed. When she finished getting dressed she made the bed and then said good morning to dad and me. Afterwards she made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had toast and mom had cinnamon and spice oatmeal and they both had a glass of chocolate almond milk. When everyone was fed mom took me outside. This time mom stayed outside and walked me around the property. As we walked around I was afraid I would get shocked so I didn't walk too close to mom. Occasionally mom would stop and call me over to her. When she did this she reassured me that I was safe but I looked at the flags and was still nervous about them. But once I was by mom she would praise me and say it was ok. This got me excited and I went through her legs and wagged my tail. While we were walking around I did take care of business. When mom and I were going around the house I would just stay on the rocks and real close to the house. Mom would call me to her and say I didn't have to walk that close to the house. Maybe after I get retrained on the invisible fence I will venture farther away from the rocks but for now I feel comfortable this way. When mom and I joined dad in the house we went to town so mom and dad could return a few things to The Home Depot and then go grocery shopping. Dad backed the car out of the garage so mom and I could get in. Mom tried to get me to get in but I wouldn't get off the driveway because I was afraid I would get shocked. Mom tried to explain to me that I could walk on the grass as long as I didn't go pass the flags. Mom had also removed my safe collar so I wouldn't get shock anyways. I didn't believe mom because I was looking at the flags. Mom and dad hope if they keep working with me I won't be as afraid as the fence as I am now. They don't understand because I was on the fence in Austin. I finally climbed in the back seat of the car but I didn't leave the concrete. While mom and dad returned the items at The Home Depot and went grocery shopping at HEB I stayed in the car and slept. When we got home mom and I got out of the car and then dad drove it in the garage. After mom put the groceries away she made lunch. She made soup for dad and herself and she gave me a snack. After lunch she tried to get me to go outside so I could take care of business but I refused. When I refused mom did some housework and I stayed inside to keep mom company. Dad went outside and cleaned the back porch and cleaned the barbecue grill. After mom finished doing housework she took me for a walk. We weren't gone long because mom was hot. When got back to the house mom put my safe collar on and we went inside to relax. Dad had finished cleaning the grill so he came inside to relaxed. Tonight mom and dad are going square dancing in Gatesville and mom and dad always tries to bring something to eat with them. Mom decided she would make a baked pasta dish so about 3:00 she made the dish. We relaxed the rest of the afternoon while the dish was baking. While we were relaxing dad told mom that tonight was The Cakewalk Dance so they didn't have to bring anything. The food was $1.00 a plate so mom didn't take the dish. When dinnertime came around mom heated up the pasta dish for dad and her dinner. She fed me my food for my dinner. After dinner dad took me for a walk around our yard so I could take care of business. Mom and dad left me at 6:00 because they had to be in South Mountain by 7:00 for the hour Plus Workshop and they carpooling with Louise and Belinda.

As they were leaving mom put me in my kennel with a snack and then said good bye. They returned to me at 11:00. Mom and dad had  fantastic time. They dance every set except of round dancing. Mom even danced the line dance. The cake walk was a lot of fun. Mom and dad bought three plates and each plate had a number on it. When they called for the cake walk everyone that bought a plate put their plate formed a circle and put their plates on the ground. Then they walked around until Joe Bob told them to stop. After everyone stopped Joe Bob would spin a wheel and it would stop on a number 1 through 57. When he called a number you would look on the ground on you plate or plates and see if the number was yours. If the number was your number you take your plate to a table and you choose what dessert you wanted. The desserts were made by The Coryell County Squares Club members and there was a lot of them. At the end of the cake walk you pick up your plates and return to your seats with them until the next cake walk. Mom won twice during the cake walks. Dad helped mom choose what dessert to have. They choose a Cherry Dump Cake and White Chip Almond Bars. The Coryell County Squares raised $75.00 for the club by having the cake walk. At the end of the dance they had a lot of desserts still on the table so they told the remaining dances to help themselves to the desserts. So mom and dad decided they would have some chocolate clusters. For the meal there they had hot dogs, chips, chocolate chip and walnut cookies, chocolate gramcracker bears, popcorn and potato salad. When they got back to me I was sound asleep. Mom opened my kennel door and I woke up. I slowly crawled out of my kennel to say hi. Once I was totally awake I got excited and said hi to mom and dad. After we said our hellos we relaxed for about a half hour and then we called it a night. While we were relaxing mom and dad snack on the peanut clusters they brought home with them. When had a very nice day and now I'll say good night.

Today dad slept in until 7:00 and then he crawled out of bed and got dressed. Afterwards he let me out of my kennel and we said our hellos. When we finished say hi dad fed me my breakfast. While I ate my breakfast dad surfed the Internet. When I finished eating I didn't go to the door so dad didn't let me out so I waited for mom to get up. Mom didn't get up until 7:45. She got dressed and then she made the bed. Afterwards she said good morning to dad and me and then she made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had toast and mom had apple and cinnamon oatmeal. After everyone was fed mom asked if I went out yet and dad told her no because I didn't go to the door. Mom took me out so I got take care of business. She stayed outside with me. When I first went outside I refused to get off the porch but with a coaching from mom I decided to walk down the stairs and join her. Once I was down the stairs I took care of business. Mom still had to coach me on where I was allowed to go without getting shocked. I'm doing better but I'm still not sure how far I can go. When mom and I went back inside dad and mom discussed on how they were going to help me get use to the invisible fence again. They decided that they may have to start from the beginning when they first trained me. When I first was trained eight and a half years ago it took mom and dad about a month to train me. They first walked my around our property in Austin on leash with the prongs of my safe collar covered with electrical tape so I wouldn't get shocked. They did this so I could get used to my boundaries and the beep of the collar, which is a warning before getting shock. When we got to the flags and the beep started we would run 15 feet from the flags where I was safe and they would say good girl. They did this about a week and then they took the electrical tape off the prongs. They would walk me around the yard with me to see if I learned anything. I got shocked a couple of times before I learned my limits. The first time was when I wanted to play with some kids across the street and I ran down the drive to go to them. I yelped and then went back to mom and dad. Before I lived with mom and dad the first year and a half of my life I lived with my brother and three little boys. I like playing with kids so when I saw the kids I wanted to play with them. The second time was when the neighbor boy and his friends came through our yard and I decided to go with them. I forgot about the fence because I was excited about having the boys come to play. When I yelped the boys felt sorry about it and told me they were sorry. Mom and dad told them it was ok because I had to learn. But from than on I didn't get shocked because I learned my boundaries. So I guess because I hadn't been on the invisible fence for over 10 months I forgot how it works. But mom and dad are trying real hard to trained me not to be afraid to walk around the yard.

About 9:00 we went to Lowe's because mom and dad wanted to buy a patio table and a shelving unit for their shoes. Dad did a little research on the Internet and found them both at Lowe's. Mom and dad invited me to go with them. When ever we go in the truck or car mom takes off my safe collar. Today we took the truck so dad didn't have to back out of the garage before mom and I could get in. I was grateful for this. While mom and dad went shopping at Lowe's I slept in the truck. By the time we got back to the house it was time for lunch. For lunch mom cooked up Chicken and Dumplings soup for dad and herself and she gave me a snack. After everyone was fed mom and dad snacked on the white chip almond bars. Mom gave me some of her bars. They were delicious. We munched on the bars all afternoon. Today we worked on arranging the garage a little more. When we moved we had to buy a couple of furniture dollys and we wanted them off the floor so mom and dad decided to hang them from one of the shelving units in the garage. After dad cut some wood to hold them mom stained the wood. We didn't do a lot today but we had a great day. When dinnertime came around mom heated up some leftovers for dad and her dinner.

After dinner mom and dad got ready to go square dancing at Copperas Cove and mom took potato salad with them. Before mom and dad left to go square dancing mom put me in my kennel and gave me a snack. As they were leaving they said good-bye and told me they would see me later. A half hour before the dance there was a Plus Workshop. During the workshop there were a couple of squares and mom and dad learned a few moves the had done. After the workshop was over the dance started.  Besty Nyhan the caller from Killeen showed up so she called the first set of Mainstream calls and the Plus set. Mom and dad danced all the square dancing sets. They even did the Plus set and they had a great time. Ron Wesche is the caller for Double C's Square Club. He called two Mainstream sets and Clif Morse called one of the sets. Mom and dad had a great time dancing at Copperas Cove. There was also a lot of delicious food served there. Mom and dad got back to me a little after 10:00. I was awake tonight and mom let me out of my kennel. I said hi to everyone and then mom and dad got changed. When they finished getting changed mom took me outside. When we came back inside we called it a night. We had a very relaxing day and I don't have anything else to say so I'll say good night.

Today woke up at 7:00 and got dressed. Afterwards he let me out of my kennel and we both said our good mornings. Then dad fed me mt breakfast. While I was eating dad did a little research on the Internet about different types of sheds. Dad was going to build a cabinet for our yard tools and lawn mower but he decided if he could find a shed at a reasonable price he would buy one. He also was thinking eventually we might buy a riding mower so he might as well get something big enough for it. When I finished my breakfast dad took me outside so I could take care of business. Dad went out with me because I wouldn't go out without him. When we came back inside we waited for mom to get up. Mom finally got up at 8:00. She got dressed and then said good morning to dad and me. Afterwards she made breakfast for dad and herself. Mom and dad both had toast and a glass of chocolate almond milk. After everyone was fed relaxed until 9:00 and then we started to clean the house. Tomorrow our good friends from Austin Brian, Linda and Bravo are coming out for lunch. Now that we are moved in our new house dad decided to invite the Murphys out to see our new house and to visit. Mom worked on cleaning the house all day, dad worked on cleaning the garage and I slept. Mom and dad took a break at 11:15 for lunch. Mom made soup for dad and herself and she gave me a snack. For dessert mom and dad had a couple pieces of the Cherry Dump Cake. It was delicious and very sweet. Dad was surprised that the cherries didn't over power the taste like they do in cherry pies. All the ingredients worked great with each other. After everyone was fed we went back to cleaning the house. Mom vacuumed and washed the floors. Dad organized the garage by hanging  some hooks and hanging things on them. I kept dad company most of the time because he was working in the garage. Mom did take a little break so she could walk me around our property so I could take care of business. Mom and dad were finished cleaning the house at 4:45 and the house looks great. Mom heated up some leftover pasta for dad and her dinner. She fed me my food and a little bit of her pasta for my dinner. After everyone ate mom baked some brownies for tomorrow. While they were cooking mom took me outside. I didn't do anything but sit on the porch so mom went back inside to check up on the brownies. A few minutes after mom went inside I decided to go inside. After we relaxed a little while mom and dad got ready to go to a concert. The performer at the concert was Jimmy LaFave. As they were leaving mom put me in my kennel with a treat. Afterwards she said bye to me. They had a great time at the concert. Jimmy told a lot of stories and has been around along time so he knew a lot of people. He sang some of his own songs and other people songs such as Jackson Brown. His band consisted of four guys. They were all talented. Mom and dad got back to me a little after 10:00. I was sleeping in my kennel but when I heard mom come in I woke. Mom let me out of my kennel and we all said hi to each other. We had a busy day and now it's time for me to say good night.

Today dad woke up at 7:00 and got dressed. Afterwards he let me out of my kennel and we both said hi to each other. When we finished saying hi dad fed me my breakfast. While I ate dad did some research on sheds. When I finished eating I laid on the floor next to him and we waited for mom to wake up. Mom crawled out of bed at 7:30 and got dressed. Then she made the bed and said hi to dad and me. Afterwards mom made breakfast for dad and herself. They both had toast and a glass of chocolate almond milk. After everyone was fed mom took me outside so I could take care of business. When I finished we went back inside and relaxed. Today was a special day because our friends from Austin came to visit. They didn't arrive until 11:15 so it gave mom some time to vacuum and put a relish tray together. When Linda and Brian came mom was surprise because they had left their dog Bravo at home. They were here until 6:30. When they arrived I said hi to them and they said hi back to me. After everyone said hi mom and dad showed Linda and Brian the new house. After the tour mom and dad visited with Linda and Brian. Linda and Brian brought us a house warming gift which was cheese and crackers. While everyone was visiting  they snacked on crackers, cheese and mom's relish tray. The relish tray had cheddar cheese, sweet pickles, bread and butter pickles and ham. For lunch mom barbecued some seasoned pork chops. While mom was barbecuing everyone sat on the porch and I even joined everyone. Along with the pork chops they had potato salad and beans. Mom gave me half of my dinner and a little bit of her pork. She only fed my half of my dinner because it was too early for the whole thing. For dessert everyone had brownies. We had a super visit with Linda and Brain. Maybe the next time they will bring Bravo. After Linda and Brian left mom fed me the other half of my dinner. When I finished eating mom took me outside so I could go to the bathroom. When I finished we went inside and mom and dad streamed a movie. The movie was MUDD starring Mathew McConaughey. It was a very slow moving movie but good. After the movie they started streaming the first season of Mr. Selfridge the UK version. Afterwards we called it a night. We had a super day. I don't have anything else to say so I'll say good-bye. Have Fun!!!!!

Monday April 14, 2014

Today dad woke up at 7:00 and got dressed. Then he let me out of my kennel. I was very excited to get out. Once I crawled out of my kennel dad and I said hi to each other. Afterwards he fed me my breakfast and then he did some research on the Internet. When I finished eating I went and laid down on the floor by dad and we both waited for mom to get up. Mom got up at 7:30 and got dressed. Then she made the bed and said good morning to dad and me. After we all finished saying good morning mom made breakfast for dad and herself. Dad had toast and mom had maple and brown sugar oatmeal and they both had chocolate almond milk. When everyone was finished eating mom did the dishes. Dad has been doing research on rail for own back porch. He found one that he liked so when mom finished dishes he went outside to take some measurements. Mom took me outside so I could take care of business. Today she put my leash on so she could train me a little on the invisible fence. We just walked on the grass because it was too muddy to walk the rest of the yard. After I took care of business we went inside. We didn't leave the house all day. Mom played games on the computer, dad upgraded his computer and did some research on the computer. I slept and occasionally I had mom let me out so I could lay on the back porch. In the morning I didn't stay on the porch too long because it started to rain. Before the rain came a man rang our doorbell and asked dad if he could have our extra stone and wood. Dad told him he got take what ever he needed because we were going to get rid of the stone anywhere. He didn't come back to get the stone until it stopped raining but at least he came and got the wood and a lot of the lime stone. About 10:30 and gentleman from House of Floors showed up to replace the tile under the washing machine. They had installed a tile and cut out a square hole for the drain pipe. It didn't look good because the drain was a circle pipe and the hole was square. House of Floors had to order a bit to make the circle and it following came in so the gentleman came to fix the tile. It took him awhile but he did a super job. He was very friendly and paid attention to me. After he finished replacing the tile dad and he talked for a little while. When he left mom made soup for dad and her lunch. She fed me a little snack for my lunch. In the afternoon we just hung around the house and relaxed. Mom workout on her WII Fit for a half hour. She tested the WII out eight days ago it had been 296 days since she had used it. While mom worked out I laid on the back porch and dad surfed the Internet. When it was time for dinner mom heated up leftover baked Penne for dad and her dinner. She fed me my food and a little bit of her pasta. After dinner mom baked Snickledoodle cookies. When the cookies were finished being baked mom took me out in back to train me a little. It only lasted about five minutes because I wanted to go back inside. When we got back inside mom and dad streamed another movie on Amazon. After the movie was over mom and dad had some ice cream for their dessert and mom gave me a little ice cream. We had a very relaxing day and now it's time to say good night.

The Danny Macaroons mom baked

Tuesday April 15, 2014

Today day woke up at 6:45 and got dressed. Then he let me out of my kennel. I was cooped up in my kennel all night so it was great to get out. I showed my appreciation by saying hi to dad. Afterwards dad fed me my breakfast and then he surfed the Internet. When I finished eating dad let me out in the back. Today I didn't stay on the porch I actually went down the stairs and took care of business. After I finished dad let me back inside. Dad surfed the Internet and I laid on the floor by him until mom got out of bed. Mom finally crawled out of bed at 7:45 and got dressed. When she finished she made the bed and then she said good morning to dad and me. After everyone said their good mornings mom made breakfast. Dad had his toast and mom had cinnamon and spice oatmeal and they both had almond milk. After everyone was fed we relaxed for about a half hour and then we went to town. Before going to town mom took off my safe collar and then dad put me in the truck. Today we were gone for three hours because we stopped at Academy, Lowe's and Walmart. I stayed in the truck and slept while mom and dad went into the stores. I don't mind staying in the truck or car while mom and dad go shopping as long as I'm with them. Dad's tennis shoes have been squeaking for awhile so today we went to Academy to buy him a new pair. He was lucky today because he could get the exact same type of tennis shoes as he has now. We stopped at Lowe's because dad is still working on projects around the new house to get things the way he wants them. Mom and dad bought a half a sheet of plywood in Lowe's. Before going to Walmart we stopped at the UPS Store to get our mail. After getting the mail we went to Walmart because mom and dad wanted to do a little grocery shopping. We finally got back to the house at 12:30. Mom put the groceries away and then we had lunch. Today while mom and dad were in Walmart they bought a Rotisserie Chicken so we had chicken for lunch. I like it when mom and dad buy a chicken because mom gives me some of the chicken and the big bones of the chicken. Mom knows she shouldn't give me chicken bones because they may splinter. But she's been doing it for years and never had that problem. After everyone ate mom did dishes and then she took me for a walk around the neighborhood. Mom hasn't done this for awhile so I was very excited about it. When mom takes me for a walk I don't get scared of the flags on the drive because mom puts my leash on and removes my safe collar. We walked about a half hour and disturbed all the dogs in the neighborhood. I had a great time eating grass and sniffing during my walk. When mom and I got back home dad was working on making all our phones work and mom baked some macaroons. A couple of weeks ago dad read an article about Dan Cohen, who makes the best macaroons in New York. In the article they put his recipe. So today mom decided to make a batch. It took mom all afternoon to bake the macaroons but it was well worth it because they were delicious. While the macaroons were baking mom played computer games. When she finished baking the macaroons she made dinner. Mom heated up the rest of the chicken and made wraps for dad and herself. She fed me my food and gave me a little chicken. After dinner mom and dad trained me a little bit on the fence. Before my training dad put electrical tape on the prongs so I wouldn't get shocked during the training. Dad told mom that I understand about the flags and that they just need to work on convincing me how close I can get to the flags. After my training we went inside and mom and dad streamed another movie on Amazon and they streamed an episode of The Story Trek. We had another relaxing day and now it's time to say good night.

Wednesday April 16, 2014

Today was another relaxing day at the house. Dad woke up at 7:00 and got dressed. Then he let me out of my kennel and we both said our hellos. Afterwards he fed me my breakfast. While I was eating my breakfast dad surfed the Internet. When I finished eating dad let me out so I could take care of business. I was out long before dad let me back in because I was sitting at the back door. While dad and I waited for mom to get up dad surfed the Internet and I laid on the floor next to him and slept. Mom finally woke up at 8:00 and got dressed. Afterwards she made the bed and then said good morning to dad and me. After all of us said hi mom made breakfast. Dad had toast and mom had apple and cinnamon oatmeal and they both had almond milk. In the morning mom vacuumed the house. While mom and dad were doing their thing I slept. Dad worked on a few little projects. One project was to install a couple of lighted light switches. While he was doing this he found out that the electricians didn't ground the switches so he grounded them. He also found out one of the switches was the wrong switch. The next project dad worked on was installing another antenna so we can get more television stations. The splitter that he had didn't work right. It was made to connect both antennas together but when they were connected together he lost most of the television stations. At the end he just went back to one antenna. After this project dad stopped to rest because it was time for lunch. For lunch mom made soup and she gave me a snack. After lunch mom took me for walk around the neighborhood. We walked for about a half hour. While we were walking dad worked on another project, which was to straighten up his workroom and the wires he had installed when the house was getting built. When we got home from our walk mom trained me a little on the invisible fence. Afterwards she worked out for an hour. She did the WII Fit for a half hour and a half hour of Gold Gym Boxing. While mom worked out I slept under the desk. When she finished she took me outside and trained me a little more on the fence. She's trying to get me to use more of the yard but I'm still scared of the flags. After my training more worked on some of her Sudoku. About 4:00 dad was finished working on projects for the day so he decided to fly his helicopter  and relaxed until it was time for dinner. When it was time for dinner mom made leftovers. She made a salad for dad and herself. Along with the salad she heated up a Hatch Chili sausage and tortilla for dad and she heated up the leftover chicken and a tortilla for her dinner. She fed me my food and gave me a little chicken for my dinner. After dinner mom and dad finished up the macaroons. Tomorrow night mom and dad are going square dancing so mom baked a crumb cake to take with them. While it was baking she played some computer games and dad read the paper and called Aunt Louise. Mom tried to get me to go outside but I didn't need to go out. After dad got off the phone with Aunt Louise mom and dad streamed a couple of episodes of Mr. Selfridge and a couple of  episodes of The Story Trek. While watching the shows mom and dad had a Krunch Bar for their dessert.  After watching The Story Trek we called it a night. We didn't do a lot today but we had a fun day. Now it's time to say good night.
